Software Subscription Agreement
Cloudvault Systems Inc. provides the subscription services described in the applicable Order Form under the terms below.
4. Service Levels
Supplier will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Service available 99.5% of the time each calendar month. Service credits are Customer's sole and exclusive remedy for any failure of the Service, including security failures and data loss.
6. Intellectual Property
Supplier retains all rights in the Service. Customer grants Supplier a licence to use Customer Data to operate and improve the Service, including training of machine learning models.
